Careers of Gold is one of the Leading companies in Jordan that aims to develop the vocational sector in Jordan through well-structured training programs and cutting-edge technologies, that aim to upgrade workers and students who are interested in empowering their skills and capabilities, with the main intention to offer the best services for end users and offer them a comfortable experience in maintenanice and construction services.

From day one of our existence, we have sought to highlight the challenges and obstacles that prevent the vocational sector from developing and thriving despite being one of the main sectors of Jordan's economy.

Through awareness-raising and mentoring programs, vocational training, and classification, hence employment and offering decent jobs, the work of Careers of Gold was officially inaugurated on 22-2-2020 in a national conference involving all stakeholders in which more than 1,000 young students and workers in the vocational sector participated. Under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Alia Bint Al Hussein, In the presence of representatives of several ministries and government agencies such as the Ministry of Labour, Digital economy and Entrepreneurship, civil society institutions, and the private sector.

With the implementation of many programs and projects, Careers of Gold expanded to become a nonprofit company in late 2021, with a clear business strategy and a comprehensive action plan to handle all challenges and work to reduce their gaps and impact on society. It has expanded its strategic relations and partnerships. Moreover, It has established a Board of Trustees, comprising representatives from all sectors and legal personalities, to highlight vocational programs that can transfer Jordan's vocational sector to the best stages and develop a successful employment model.
